• OSWD.org. The place to be, if you’re into webdesign. Look for OSWD for stylish web-templates. All XHTML and CSS valid.

• To learn (CSS) from a designer who has done it and implement it look here. It is at Veerle Pieters (a.k.a Veerle DUOH).
• CSS Zen garden. CSS and beyond. See for yourself. It is great place to be.
• Something new, something old, something borrowed? But, hey it’s for FREE! inertiastock.xchng003 , very fine photography to enhance your website.
• The place to be, if you’re into design, some programming. Look for Hotscripts.com for php,asp,asp.net, javascripts, perl etc.
• Try some new features of the newest browsers around at dynamicdrive.com
• Even here, loads of new scripts at dhtml central.com
• Some of the classiest pictures I came across lately. To be found here, intuitivmedia.net Very stylish! And still free.
• And here from Germany, picstyle.de Not free though! ;-(
• The Nirvana for Dynamic HTML Awesome what you can do with Dynamic HTML and a lot of patience I think. I just love his music! This guy has STYLE written allover. Nirvana and Guru seem to know each other! (author)
• ‘Guru’ in Dynamic HTML This you must see and hear! Beware! Quite a heavy loadtime, Netscape 4.x or IE4.x and up only! Worth waiting for.

• MSDN Webworkshop, absolutely worth visiting. MS Developer’s Network for anything on internet programming, samples, source-code. Internet Explorer only.
• World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Probably the BIBLE concerning everything about ‘web-programming’. Not build for the eyes but for your web-souls. Also check your links with this checker. Or check your html with this checker
